Our Staff
On your wedding day, our goal is for you to not have to lift a finger. Our amazing staff is committed to you being stress-free and able to focus on your special day surrounded by loved ones. We will take care of all logistical set-up and break down of your event with a special attention to care and service.

Our premium Wedding Package.
Space.
Use of the Conference Center, Manor House, garden, and courtyard. Includes all of the common areas on our three-acre estate including wraparound porches, patio, gazebo, and other open spaces.
Time.
Ceremonies may begin at 4:00pm or later, and events must conclude at 10:00pm.
Staffing.
Staffing includes an onsite venue manager, wedding coordinator, and logistical set up and break down of your entire event.
Catering.
We work with a list of exclusive catering vendors to ensure incredible service quality.
Parking.
We have onsite parking provided for you and your guests as well as a vendor parking lot in the back. Free overflow parking is available as needed.
Products Included.
Our wedding guide includes the rental of tables, chairs, linens, and market lighting in one flat Estate Fee.
Creative Partners.
Our couples will be given a detailed list of exclusive caterers, florists, and DJs, as well as a preferred vendor list that includes makeup artists, bands, hotels, and more.
A/V Usage.
Use of internal audio-video system in Conference Center (including 3 large Samsung Frame TVs) as well as complimentary Wi-Fi on the entire property.

On-Site Wedding Coordination.
Whitehead Manor strives to provide the utmost quality in service to you. Our on-site coordinators work with you in creating your wedding vision, picking the best vendors suited to you, and achieving a flawless execution of your day-of event plan.
Vision Meeting: This meeting takes place about a year out from your event. In this meeting we will discuss vendors, general layout, hotel accommodations for guests and start time of your ceremony and reception.
Details Meeting: Our details meeting will take place about 3 months out. In this meeting we jump into further details: regarding linen colors, timeline, logistical layouts, guest count, and finalize most of your vendors.
Final Meeting: One month out. In this meeting we will finalize your layout, timeline, seating chart, processional and recessional line-ups. We will also discuss vendor arrivals.
Day-of Execution: Your wedding coordinator will be the point person for all vendors, staff, and run of show.
