On-Site Coordination

We’ll pair you with a coordinator to help choose the best vendors suited to you and achieve a flawless execution of your day-of event plan.

Vision Meeting: This meeting takes place about a year out from your event. In this meeting we will discuss vendors, general layout, hotel accommodations for guests and start time of your ceremony and reception.

Details Meeting: Our details meeting will take place about 3 months out. In this meeting we jump into further details: regarding linen colors, timeline, logistical layouts, guest count, and finalize most of your vendors.

Final Walkthrough: One month from your wedding. In this meeting we will finalize your layout, timeline, seating chart, processional and recessional line-ups. We will also discuss vendor arrivals.

Day-of Execution: Your wedding coordinator will be the point person for all vendors, staff, and run of show.
